Installation We provide DMSys on CD with complete installation instructions. We also provide 60 days of free installation support via e-mail and telephone. Training We offer training on DMSys. Some of our customers are highly experienced in clinical data management, and need no training at all. Others are less experienced and appreciate the opportunity to get their first study up and running with a trainer by their side. Training can be tailored to your specific needs, and can be performed on-site or at our own facilities. Support SigmaSoft International offers rapid, flexible support for DMSys. A variety of support packages are available, and can be purchased on an as-needed basis. Study Design and Set-up Should you need additional resources to get your studies set-up and ready to go, SigmaSoft International offers advice on the design of your study and fast, efficient study set-up services. Statistical Analysis and Report Writing SigmaSoft International's team includes Ph-D level statisticians with many years of experience in clinical trials of both pharmaceutical products and medical devices. We can undertake the data analysis and medical report writing. We can prepare statistical reports, clinical study reports and all or parts of the ICH Common Technical Document (CTD).
